I searched and found the spring rates for the S-Tunes but I can't find how they affect ride hight. Do they stay stock or drop it?

i dunno bout s14, but the s13 ones drop 25 mm in front and 15 mm in the rear.

i dunno, but i think nismo stuff are mostly overpriced, you can get better for what you're paying, at least thats what i think.
