Is the any damage? Anything that would make it difficult to mount.

No offense, I may be mistaken. But don't the USDM zenki headlights have the bubble level sight glass that yours have? And the JDM zenki head lights don't? That's what I have always seen........

gotten them like this from japan. also there is no DOT lable on the lens
