Howdy,

Just finished my car and I want to get in some shakedown runs before ASB13. Does anyone know of any drift events before October 18th?

Any information would be awesome.

Test and tune at willow? Best deal around.

I don't have a membership with them. So I think that would run me about $200 for a test and tune day there with membership and track day rental?

A possibility, just looking for something cheaper if possible. Maybe some other organizations doing a drift day at Balcony other than Just Drift

$150. 100 bucks to use track, 50 bucks for a year membership (Good till actual end of the year, doesn't start the day you sign up)

25 bucks more w/rollcage (any kind, they don't care) and you get access to HTM.

Thought it was $75/$75 now but whatever.

JD has the last practice session before ASB tomorrow. 626drift starts up again after ASB too.

Otherwise, it's Adam's. They bless us with a whole 3 hours of drifting a week. If you go pray to the god of go-karts you will get 10 runs in an evening.

Damn, that sucks!!!! I do not like Adams very much, the wait time for runs can get outta control and that place is tiny.

Any Sideways Sundays events gonna be happening?

I've heard of Sideways Sunday in Lake Elsinore. Looks pretty sweet and it's a parking lot. Not sure when the next event is though.

Wasn't that SS event like two weeks ago? It does look fun but the Adam's association makes me a little hesitant. I would have gone if ASB wasn't coming up.

Adam's would be great if they did full day events, with hot-lapping and split the drivers up by skill, with twice as many cars out at a time for the higher skilled group. I don't understand why they run it like that. I'm not going to take all the time after work to load up then sit in traffic for 2 hours... all for 3 hours of track time. It's a joke. Even their two day event they just did only featured 5 hours of track time.

Regardless, JD for life. Charlie takes care of us.

Yup, I do agree. The JD events are great. Just sucks I can't make it this weekend!

really? that's pretty good, if it is that now. We went before summer really hit, so about 2-3months ago.
