Got it today, everything seems to work except the speedo doesnt light up. Looking for a fix but otherwise i appreciate the quick delivery and proper packaging.

Update: After taking it apart and looking at the repair guide on Nicoclub, it looks as though the old capacitor was removed and a new one was never installed.

Note: If anyone else reads this, seller did tell me before purchase that he had not tested this, im simply letting him know whats going on with everything.

No worries, after taking the face off it looked as though the actual capacitor was removed but the two short wire leads sat there bare.
