Sr20det valve adjustment question.

Anyone have some diy on how to make the lifter dial indicator tool or is there an easier way to make sure my rockers are sitting square...also sorry if this has been beat into the ground but my pc is down and it's kinda rough searching for shit on tapatalk

You don't need the lifter tool, the cam caps are cut square so if you have a flat bridge tool you can just attach a dial indicator to that, or you could also just make a tool that measures shim height in relation to valve retainer height and that'll get you close enough on a DET head.

Here's the tool I made to level my rockers

That is the cats ass man! Thanks so much for the idea that's probably what I'll be doing. Never even thought about that!
