Spark Plug Question

I just changed my spark plugs today, but when I took out the second plug wire, the tip was covered with some orange stuff, and the body of the plug looked like it was covered in rust. The third wire looked the same as third, but the plug wasn't rusted. Does this mean anything serious? or did some water just get in there to cause the rusting? The tip of the plugs looked fine, and I haven't had any noticeable engine problems, so I'm not sure if there's anything wrong. I've also attached some pictures of the plug and wire, if that will help. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a little moisture was trapped in there for awhile causing rust. Just clean everything well and you should be okay assuming you didn't have any problems before.
