used pair of rotora 6-piston calipers w/pads, needs car specific brackets, lines, rotors, get them made at a machine shop, or possibly source it out thru rotora, rotors are in good working condition, has some scuffs and discoloration. It comes with brackets for a lexus, so you can use those and drill out new holes for your application.
