SR What Makes An SR20DET Sound This Good?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKWJGHeOEJ0

Really curious what combination of parts makes that glorious high-pitch exhaust note AND fast/smooth rev limiter (unlike the gunshot sounds of a BeeR rev limiter).

Big cams? Head work? External wastegate? Screamer pipe? Tubular turbo manifold (and would a stock manifold with external gate added be able to make this sound?)? Straight pipe? Greddy intake manifold?

And as for the fast/smooth rev limiter -- is this something that an Enthalpy or JWT ROM tune can generate? Or only PowerFC (or other standalones)? I know Martin at Enthalpy can add in a launch-control or something, but I'm guessing it's just that -- a launch control function and that's it. Any idea if the ROM tunes can be made to have a rev limiter like this?

Reason I ask -- clearly I love that exhaust note and rev-limiter, and clearly whatever combination of parts this guy has (that makes the sound) makes good power, so I pretty much just wanna know how to emulate that and not waste time/money on parts hoping for that sound if they won't yield it.
