speedometer problem

when i finished swapping my red top into my 240
i went for a drive and i noticed that when i drive it the speedometer
is reading at higher speeds than the actual. i was going about 50 mph
and it was reading 110mph why?
i thought it was the speed sensor so i changed it and it is still the same
same goes for my temperature guage but everything else on the cluster is fine the tachometer is reading like it is supposed to.

if your car is an s14, maybe your harness guy didnt do the lower harness. Other than that, not sure.

Dont have to do lower harness. Well did you swap the speed sensors off your KA into the SR?

yes i swapped a new 95 240sx manual sensor into the sr tranny
