Major boost creep

I am have a sever problem with boost creep. Does anyone have any idea on what I should do. I'm running a SR, 6266, synapse style manifold that I built, tial mvs, gsc 275 cams. Just a quick idea on what my set up is. On a 13lbs spring I'm hitting 21 lbs till 6k then 6-7k shooting up to 30. Obviously a bigger gate should do but will a tial 44 be enough? Or should I go precision 46, or should I go bigger. I need to get the creep under control so I can take it back to the tuner and start cranking it up. Planning on running 34psi to break into the 600s then turning it down to 30 for high boost and 18 for low boost.

Are you running a boost controller?
Change boost sources, try 2 boost only sources.
I heard manifold design was the cause of poor performances from these turbos, (like boost creep) here say.
Take the waste gate spring out of the equation, temporarily.
