BC valve springs with retainers(used, not sure if retainers are bc or oem)-$185
Intake and exhaust valves- idk what they're worth, throw a reasonable price and ill say yes.
OEM valve springs- same as valves
Shims- offer
Oem cam gears- offer
Cover for s14 vtc- offer
Sensor on IM side of s14 head-offer

No they're lightly used. My buddy only put a few thousand miles on them
