Reorganized list, and added ecu, maf, resistor, ignitor, clutch fan, flywheel, ca18 and ka24 throttle bodies, coil pack harness, and a couple other things...

Pm on that auto lower tranny harness. Is it dual cam harness? does it have the knock sensor or knock sensor part of the engine harness?
