Component ID help. Connectors.

I'm building a KA N/A hatch temporary to get it running until I build another engine for KA-T, and I got the motor in, and 90% of the wires and connectors setup. I get no dash lights, and it looks like two connectors under the dash are disconnected and I can't seem to find where they go. Idk if they are for machine hook ups, or what, but here are the two connectors.

Be a good son and get a fsm for your 240. You will need it especially if you wanna go kA-t. Learn to read it before slapping on a turbo and adding on more electronics. I know the answer to your question, let's see if you can find it too.

Well, upon inspection of my vert, I concluded that those connectors go absolutely nowhere. Knowing that, my issue is this.. I have headlights, low and high, no turn signals, no rear lights at all, no starter, fuel pump works, no dash lights, no A/C, no radio, no hazards, no wipers, no seatbelt motor, no.. nothing. ONLY fuel pump and headlights.. not even the light motor work. I have to be missing the obvious. I've check Cont. on all the pins, battery is at 12.76V, computer was verified, where am I going wrong?

that second one looks like a consult port, wont be connected unless you're doing diagnostics, then you have an adapter cable and plug it into a computer.

The white plug near the ecu should do most of the work for the dash connections. Make sure that is secured and pinned correctly. Check grounds, fuses, bulb polarity, and definitely get yourself an FSM, theyre hosted free as a pdf on a couple of forums. That will give you detailed wiring diagrams.
