Brightest h4 light bulb

Whats the brightest h4 (9003/hb2) light bulb avaiable. Legality doesn't matter and none of the blue tinted crap. Was thinking about some hella 130/90w halogen units, but i haven't found any comparisons between those and others available. So what are the most powerful in these two categories: unber $50 and under $100.

HID owns all. but, that's overbuget. I had PIAA(~$80) H1's before I got the HID and now they're in a WRX and they're good.

I have Nokia Highbeams I got for $20 they're 100w and bright and white. I had to get something to match the HID's in color and the come very close. My high beams used to look yellow now they blend nicely.

Save up for some HIDs and rip the sheilds off them. Just get the highest wattage bulb you can find and 130w is up there. I hope you have a Relay kit and are not running off the stock wires.
