It's a custom built bolt in cage. Very basic, just for skidpad tandems.

Can I see some clear images of the the S14 Rear Calipers? I'm interested if the bleeder screws are not rusted in and the piston boot/seals doesn't need to be replaced.

Do you have the metal bar that holds the bottom of the fender in place? It's bolted to the frame in front of the front tire.
