What year ? They are plug and play but you need the right year

Yea I know I have the silver rings and last time I was gonna buy the cluster I was gonna get it for 150 plus my stock cluster but he sold it to somebody else

I can get them but it will be like 250-280 shipped

FYI - I picked up a S14a UK cluster when I was overseas. After factoring in current conversion rates, they are selling between $100 to $150 on eBay and the locals will usually sell them around $80. Unfortunately, shipping is usually more than the cluster.
