KA Full exhaust replacement

Hey guys, so I bought 91 240sx coupe with the ka24de. I bought it with like a fully welded exhaust without a catalytic converter, so obviously I can't pass inspection. I recently got a ticket for a bad inspection sticker, so I decided to fully replace the exhaust, so that I could install it myself. I realize I could probably just get an exhaust shop to cut it and weld in a cat for me, but I want to do it myself. So I plan on getting DC Sports 4-2-1 headers, a Catco 3in high flow catalytic converter, and an Isis MBSE catback.

DC Sports headers: http://www.enjukuracing.com/products...san-240sx.html
Catco 3in cat: http://www.enjukuracing.com/products...converter.html
Isis catback: http://www.enjukuracing.com/products...0sx-89-94.html

So this whole exhaust including the hangers and the manifold gasket will cost around $900. Yes some might say save a little more for a swap or a turbo. But for now I want to stay Na KA until I get coilovers, big brakes, wheels, control arms, sway bars, etc. Eventually I plan on going KA-T, but not anytime soon.

What do you guys think about this setup? Let me here it.

Hope I'm not too late.

I live in nj, and at one point had a catco high flow. I couldn't pass emissions with it.

I later on found out that the catco is a 2 way cat.

I later changed to a magnaflow, which is a 3 way, and passed after that
