I went to do the rear main seal on my redtop SR and the aluminum retainer was broken! Where would I find a new one and how hard is it to replace? Thanks all.

I'm looking to remove the rear main seal on my SR, but I can't figure out what is the aluminum retainer that is says not to damage in the FSM. Is it the whole aluminum plate that surrounds the seal?
