so, i have a bit of a problem.
i was driving the other night on the freeway goin about 120. and it started smelling like something was burning so i let off. and i got home.. it still smelled like something was burning. i shrugged it off let my car cool down.. and went to bed. next morning i went to start the car to go somewhere and it was hesitant to start.. but it started.. and smoke started coming out of the steering column. i suspect its a wire burning. but im not sure. ;\ if you guys could help out that would be great.

95 s14 wit blacktop.

another problem would be if i clutch in, right after revving, the car drops rpms below idle and it feels like the car is about to stall. but the rpms go back up after a bit of shaking.
