AZ 2004 STI 66k miles

I am just testing the water on my 2004 Subaru WRX STI. It is in awesome shape and has a very low 66k miles on it. I am the third owner and have always babied it. Never been tracked or drifted or raced. I love this car but just find myself wanting to get back into a 240sx again. So i am mostly looking for a trade as this is my daily driver and only car, and am interested in a nice 240 preferably with a sr20 or rb25. I am open to any offers though.

The good:
No mechanical issues
brakes just machined
Has a new sound system that sounds great including a deck all new speakers and a 12 inch sub.
cold air intake
3" stainless exhaust
Agency power sway bar end links
Paint is in great shape for its age
Entire A/C system was just replaced

Wheels:
Braid winrace 18x8 all around. Tires are about 70% in the front and 60% in the rear

The bad:
Being that the paint is original it does have some issues. There is a rock chip that is slightly indented on the hood, The roof has sun spots that are only noticeable from a close distance. There is a scratch on the rear bumper.
A rattling comes from the right rear at 3000 rpms and i haven't been able to pinpoint it.

Im sure there are other things I'm forgetting but those are the big ones
