My 91 s13 drives fine until I get up to abt 45 mph then shakes really bad. Feels like its coming from the front but not sure. But the steering wheel shakes bad to at the same speed but below 45 it couldn't drive better help please

Here is a short list of things to check.

-alignment
-wheel bearing
-axle nut on front hub
-wheel balance
-tie rod

front subframe bolt torque to spec.

If it's shaking around 45 THEN it's fine around 50~55, it should be around your tires ... balance / deformation.
