Considering it was released before official production might it be so that it wasnt made with a diagnostic plug??

they do, Probably still OBD1 though. should be near the DS kick panel fuse box

yeah should be driver side.

Weird, Not sure on Euro specs, but USDM and J-Spec have them in that area.

My OBD1 port on my 94 is on the passenger side behind the dash to the far left of the glove box. The CONSULT port is on the driver side fuse panel.

im pretty sure mine has none of them, could you post pictures just so i can be 100% sure?
