s14 got question for ya

What's up guys? Last month was my first autoX and I got hook(got put in DSP and my car was not comepetive with other car). I notice one thing that my car was sliding all over the track and spring was too soft. So, I decide to upgrade my suspension and lsd or vlsd.
The question is will s13 vlsd fit s14 by changing the diff cover from s13 to s14??? There's a guy on ebay that has a s13 kaaz lsd for s13 but he said that he has the s14 diff cover to fit us s14. It's that true???
Also, I found 1 z32 vlsd at the local junk yard they want $300 for it with 90,000miles. I check the price for the diff output with the part number provide at the install section here. Nissan dealer wants $340 for both. Is it worth for the z32 vlsd conversion or should I just go with nismo lsd. I got a budget around 1,800-2,000 by the end of the month. So I was thinking about the 2 things I wanna do. Any suggestion on the coilover selection will be great. I was looking between KTS from SPL, Tein flex or HE, JIC FLT-A1 (can't afford FLT-A2),don't know anything about Tanabe but they have pretty good price. The car will be pretty much for daily driving and autoX. So, suggestion will be great.

Not too sure bout the KAAZ LSD but if your looking for vlsd, try some of the JDM importers, they usually charge $150-$200 for em so you'll still save after shipping and you wont have to worry bout the shafts.
As for suspension, its really up to preference and how much money you got. I mean ive seen people who learned to autocross/drift with stock suspension and they kick ass.

I'm certain all this is archived because it's a violently discussed topic, and more info can be found at www.ka24developement.com.

absolutely not worth it...get a jdm vlsd for $250 for everything that will bolt right in if that's the route you want to go...

Tein HE are fine...you will want to upgrade at some point however as if you get super serious they do lack...tanabe is nice but as with anything their bottom of the line is no better then anything else you mentioned...i would save up a tad and plan on spending 1500 on coilovers for a nice set...then decide if you want to save money and get vlsd or save up and get lsd...but for autoX helical or vlsd is usually better...
