sr20det injector stuck open? 11ohms

Is it possible for an sr20det injector to be stuck open if it reads 11 ohms, or is it just a o-ring leaking? I've had an injector fail in the closed position before and it read like 2 ohms.

I don't know, but here's what I did when I tested to see my injector was stucked openned or not. I took out the fuel rail with the injectors still connected to them. I turn the key to the 2nd ignition (NO crank). My 3rd injector was the only one spraying like crazy. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to test it. Careful not to drop the black plastic spacer. I lost mine and sr20store gave me 1 for free.
Sidenote: Can you tell me your setup (as detail as possible) and how much boost you're running? I'm trying to figure out what would cause an injector to stuck open like that. I'm thinking, maybe it's cuz I'm pushing my injector's duty cycle too far. Let me know, thanks.
BTW: I tested all of my good injectors, and it was all very close to 12 ohms or above.

I did just that and the injector was stuck open. I pulled the plug out and had a buddy turn the ignition to the on position while I looked down the spark plug galley. It started dumping fuel like crazy in #4. Luckily a guy an hour away swapped his sr injectors for some 72lb'ers and sold me his 4 injectors still in the rail. It turns out though the connectors are a bit different and wont go on right, so now I got to find some of those.
