Lean and rich sr20det issue

Ok so I have the wiring specialties pro harness, s13 sr blacktop in my s14

The maf plug has a grounding wire...whenever I ground it the car idles super lean..sometimes stalls when i stop or just picks itself up but its definitly a rough idle...cruises around 15 air...in boost it will be from low 13's and 12s sometimes 11.8...

Now If i disconnect the maf ground my car idles at 13.8 and 14.5 but even light touch to the throttle it runs very rich ..... and in boost it breaks up

battery is in the trunk...positive running to the starter...negative runs to the transmission (I'm changing that) cables are on the way

Spark plugs are gapped to .028, injectors are good, coil packs are all good

will check maf and 02 sensor tomorrow

I do have a gas leak in my tank passenger side by the strap.

Any info or insight would be appreciated...its just bothering a bit even with maf grounded car doesn't feel powerful, vacuum is -18. I do have a small exhaust leak but this isn't a false lean reading

Mods: isis3871, enthalpy ecu, Bov hks non-recirculated...if you need more info just ask

thanks!
