well i finally got a chance to back-to-back test vs. the competition. A customer wanted to see what gains i could offer over JWT. So we did a comparison.

The JWT ECU was programmed for 72# injectors, Cobra MAF, t3/t4 turbo, 93 octane.

Enthalpy ECU was programmed for 72# injectors, Z32 MAF, t3/t4 turbo, 93 octane.

Boost was identical on both runs (18-19 psi) and ther was no way i could go more due to a soft wastegate spring (7psi) and a maxxed out Profec B Spec 1.

Hrrrmmmm... very interesting

42 Hp and at some points 30+ ft-lbs with just and ECU change! The only complaint my customer has now is...how is he going to sell that JWT!

what MAF is actually being used on the car? and is it safe to assume this is SR?

Yes...SR and as i posted. JWT was runnign cobra MAF...I used Z32. that was the only change.

Impressive... Was the Enthalpy ECU tuned on dyno or it was a program you create, shoved on the car and got this result at the first try?

Because, if it was specifically dyno tuned for that car, people that order from Enthalpy will not get the same results..

This was a custom tune, however it is nearly identical to what i would mail order for this particular setup. I only had to change 1-2 small things for this particular applicaiton.

Maybe im not reading the dyno chart right but whats up with the jwt having so much more power and torque up to about 5000 rpm's?

whats up with the jwt tune above 5k? most of the dynos ive seen from their setups have been a lot smoother up there. isnt that a timing/detonation issue?
