S13 ka24de fuel cut. Sputtering. Bogging

Little bit of back story. I bought this car about 2 weeks ago from a buddy of mine. It's a 1993 s13 ka24de with factory 5 speed. It sat in my buddies driveway for about 8 months before I finally talked him into selling it to me. When I got the car running it was only running on 3 cylinders. Traced it to an injector. Once I replaced that it fired up and ran/idled perfectly.

Here is my issue tho. The car fires up every time no issues, idles fine and even drives fine for the first 10-15 min of driving after a cold start. If I drive it like an old man even longer than that. But if I really start driving it hard it will almost start to hit a rev limiter at around 5-6k. Even if my foot is to the floor it won't rev any higher. After awhile it will get to the point where even while in neutral the car will just spit and sputter. The revs will be all over the place. But if I turn the car off and on it clears itself up again for a little while before doing the exact same thing over again

In the past week I've replaced...
Battery
ecu (auto)
Spark plugs
Plug wires
Distributor cap and rotor
Coolant temp sensor
Throttle body
Throttle position sensor
Knock sensor
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
MAF
Coil
Ignition control module

I'm at a point where I don't really know what the issue may be. If anyone has any feedback it would be greatly appreciated.
