S13 sr20 problem

So I just bought a black top swapped s13. The car ran great while the previous owner (a friend of mine) was driving it. He mentioned that if it sat for a while without running that it would misfire a little bit. It sat for a month before I picked it up. I drove it onto the trailer and back off the trailer with no problems. And now that I have it in the garage it doesn't want to run. It will start when I hold the throttle halfway open but seems to only be running on 2 cylinders and dies after about 30 seconds. It's got brand new plugs and coil packs. Where should I start my troubleshooting? Maf? Fuel pump and lines?

I know that there is pressure at the rail. Not sure if it's consistent. I need to find an extra set of hands.

You can start cheap and swap the fuel filter for a new one. Maybe test the fuel pump relay make sure that's good. Rule out the fuel system then move on to spark. Maybe give your maf a good cleaning too.

That's kind of what I was thinking.

Check and make sure everything is connected and where it should be. Vacuum lines boost tubes etc.
