Various Turbo Questions, need help guys

Alright guys. I came across a good deal on a T-25 Turbo, manifold, lines, O2 housing, all for about 250 shipped.

I have a DE motor, with stock 270ish injectors. Here is what I think I need to do.

-Swap fuel injectors with 370's, use the DET regulator. (Or not? Interesting read on 370 injectors vs stock DE, plus SAFC tuning information)
-Drill and tap block for oil return line
-Replace MAF?
-Walbro 255 Fuel pump
-SAFC for tuning

And please, don't say lower the compression because 9:5 is to high. Its not, its proven.

Am I missing anything?

-i think you can just use the stock fpr with the 370's and be alrite.
-it would be much easier to just tap the pan i would imagine....
-the stock maf can make it over 250, but if you want more the z32 maf is a pretty easy swap with the safc
-the safc will handle the fuel tuning, but what are you goin to do for timing?

you are going to need a EGT guage and a good Air fuel guage with wideband o2 sensor.
