because of some recent battle damage, i will likely have to get my car painted with some minor body work and then start behaving myself.

my car is NOT a 89-90, but i have toyed with the idea of going two-tone regardless.

Well here is My S-13 it is pretty nice it is the original 16 year old paint except the body kit. I mean the car was factory two tone with the same gold color at the bottom.

This is a before and after comparison I mean in case you have a body kit to so with or with out body kit how is that.

Yeah it looks good for a 16 year old car. 1988 hahahah but all the suspension and linkage is from a 94 and the engine is a 93.

yup, thinking gunmetal on black.

think it'll look weird on 93 w/ chuki bumper?

yeah, it would look a little weird. The chuki bumper does not have any seperation... but it there was a way to prolong (sp???) the black stripe un to the front, it would look ok!

bing dont do it man... it takes a lot to pull off the two-tone.. for starters all the factory two tone colors were dark border with a lighter colored main body color. Ive tinkered with doing the same thing to my coupe b4 i did the face transplant. i was thinking a charcoal border on a black car or a maroon car would look good. i dunno man, just choose wisely, its very hard to make it look right.

I have an incomplete black-and-white two-tone (all flat) Silvia front end and rear bumper. I just need time and funds to finish it.

I also need to figure out for sure whether or not I'm gonna paint my roof black too... so many decisions.

It's not hard to see which car is mine... foglights shining, the fourth car back.
