X-force exhaust

I currently have a 3inch x-force exhaust and the middle muffler is hanging ridiculously low to the ground, i went to liverpool exhaust and they quoted me $220 to cut of the pipe joining to the back of the cat and abit just before the middle muffler and make a new pipe with a resonator put in so that it can sit more closely to the chasis.
does this sound like an alrite price ?
are there any other cheaper solution than this ?
and wher ?

to me, IMO, that is a little pricey... my friend payed $125 to re-weld his cat with flanges, then from there, a pipe to the exhaust...unkess your paying for the resonator. then i dont know cuz ive never dealt with one before..

oops haha i meant the cat rewelded with flanges, a 3 inch pipe from cat all the way to the muffler for that price.. labor and materials... 3 inch piping isnt cheap either..hehe sorry for the mixup in my post.. but yah anyways 225 is way too much..oh and thats with the purchase of a cat...(but the flanges didnt match so he redid the cat for him..

well a cat itself is $100, so 125 for 3" cat back piping installed isnt too pricy...it could be found chepaer though probabally
