VA Kind Of Cool AP1 S2000 FS/FT

Up for grabs is my 2003 GPW S2k. The car is currently my daily and I don't mind holding onto it but I figured I'd see what else is out there. The car has been tastefully modified but kept stock where it counts so its dead reliable, details are as follows.

Engine/cooling:
Mostly stock, never opened
Carbon cooling plate
Apexi World Sport 2 exhaust (nice and quiet)

Suspension:
Buddy Club Coilovers
Unknown JDM Strut bar (got it at UPgarage)

Exterior:
AP2 Front bumper
AP2 front lip
Ap2 grill
Forbidden OEM style hardtop
OEM Honda hardtop latches
Rear Diffuser

Interior:
Clean and factory right down to the radio
Cusco 4 point roll bar

Wheels/Tires
Work VS-SD 3 piece wheels
Newish tires

Cons:
Front bumper and lip could use a respray
Hardtop is black, some people like it better but I would prefer it color matched
Previous owner removed soft top, I'm not a big convertible guy so I never bothered to replace it and the hardtop is easy to remove if you want some top free action.

Since I have to put a price I'll put it at $11.5K slightly negotiable. As for trades, I've been currently looking to buy a Nismo 350z or FR-S so I would be into either of those (can add cash). I would also be interested in a diesel 4x4 to tow my 240 to the track with. I'm not really looking for much else but I'd be willing to take a look at cool imports, I'm also not afraid of grey market cars. Feel fee to PM we with any offers/questions. Pictures below:
