Are the blades hitting the housing? Maybe the bearings got starved of oil and the turbo seized.

i think the blades were hittin the housing cause thats the noise that i heard, and now the blades are siezed up caues it doesnt move for shit......and rebuild sounds good but i dont want to unless i have to...and i havent check to see if i get oil pressure from the block yet....so imma check that..then what else...should i replace all my oil and coolant lines to the turbo, i want to get all new steel braided ones cause i think one of them are bent and that could be the problem....what else should i do...
