I know Bride makes replacement seat covers but I can't speak for Sparco. I would say it is worth a shot contacting the manufacturer.

If you take the pattern to an upholstery shop most of the time they can get it done pretty well. If you do not have any for cars and boats in your area any furniture upholstery shop can handle the job as long as they are willing to take on the job.
