![]() Hey guys,
I'm getting to the part of my build where it's time to choose a suspension set up, and the first thing on my shopping list is a set of Fortune Auto 500 or 510 coilovers. I gave Fortune a call and asked what they'd recommend for a car that's mainly for street, with a VH45 up front. Fortune themselves recommended 6k rear and a 10k up front. But I wanted to see if anybody had other suggestions. As for my personal prefs, I've ridden in quite a few factory 'track spec' Porsches, mainly different GT3 variants. And I actually really like the ride they have. It's super stiff, but doesn't seem to break your spine on bumps going down the road.

To better rephrase it: Do any Zilvia users run 500's or 510's. Which would you recommend for a 'mostly' street use car?
And what spring rates do you/have you all run with an aluminum block v8 up front? (specifically a vh45) I meant to ask more of a spring rate question, less of a 'ride quality' question. my bad.
