Looking to sell my 1990 S13 hatch. I'm in Phoenix AZ for school right now. So car is with me out here but it's registered in California. Clean title.

I bought the car all stock except someone had put a dual cam in it. I put a ton of time and parts into this car. Car runs great. Super torquey with the 4.6 final drive. It has a megasquirt ECU. Was tuned by Toby at Advanced Engine Dynamix in Corona, CA. It's a speed density tune, so no MAF. It makes 356hp on 15 psi of boost with E85. I'll post the dyno sheet. It has a flex fuel sensors. So it's tuned on both 91 and E85.

Everything electrical works. The seatbelts, the pop ups, all the lighting, power windows and power mirrors all work.
Frame is straight. Body is in great shape except the roof where someone put an larger than stock sunroof in. The car is an SE so it came stock with one. Someone just wanted it bigger i guess. So roof needs a little work. Though it really doesn't look that bad. The paint as a whole is ok. It's was a cheaply done job. Its has some chipping as well.
The Interior is also just ok. It's not the best or the worst. Headliner is a bit messed up. Again because of the sunroof. Dash is cracked. I got a NX cluster working with a heads up display. I've never seen it done before but I'm sure someone else has done it too.

I can take it out there. I'm from Temecula and go back there quite often. In fact if I can't sell it soon I was planing on taking it back there and leaving it. I just finished school and took a job in Texas and it cant come with me.

Out of curiosity, why can't it come to texas? Texas is great for cars; they never rot, our roads are fast and scenic, and our vehicle inspection and papering processes are much more reasonable, so far as I know.
