i realize they use journal bearing to cut down on cost but is the power per psi around the same?

I'm looking for 300whp on redtop and thinking around 15 psi should do it.

I'm using the most basic recipe
rev9 2871r .64
z32 maf
550cc inj
walbro fp
sard fpr
r8 coils
enthalpy ecu
fmic
3 inch straightpipe

will the knockoff rev9 require more boost then say garret 2871r to net same power?i realize this will be laggy but my only concern is what boost level i should be at for my goal,thank you.
