feeler my s14. clean.. maybe trade for s13sr?

fs or ft: super clean s14. clean mods to go with it. wont last long..
black interior, white exterior. approx 112k miles.

mods:
aem intake
apexi n1 exhaust
apexi worldsport coilovers
MB motorsports 17X8 (235's), 17X9 (245's)
nearly new falken fgk tires
some sort of jdm side skirt
just recently repainted 2000+ BMW Apline white (color code 300)
new alpine head unit
momo steering wheel / knob
sparco sprint seat

pros:
very clean exterior
super super clean interior
runs great, never had any problems
car has been treated nicely parked in my garage

cons:
i think ac fluid might be slightly dripping on the exhaust manifold which is causing a little bit of smoke when i drive it a LOT. never had any problems though.

check engine light. took it into a nissan store to get it smogged, and they told me it was some sort of sensor that was causing the code. they told me it was nothing to worry about and i've never had any problems. with serious buyers we can talk about me getting the codes cleared before i sell it, or i will lower the price.
