Does anyone know if the factory S14 silvia single piston caliper is interchangeable with a usdm 240sx caliper?

Yes. Assume you mean front. All S14 rears are the same worldwide.

Caliper assembly 41001-44F01/41101-44F01 for kouki S14 Q's (06.1996+ production) cross references to the kouki S14 240SX (all) and S13 240SX with ABS. This is the complete assembly including bracket. The brake pad cross references with the same applications.
