I got a 96 zenki, im wondering if the 100w bulbs will melt the housing for the fog lights?

Nope, but it will melt the wiring. Too much load.

well i will redo the wirirng, but the housing will hold up?

you would want get heavy duty switches / relays, etc as well or you might have a fire

You're not going to see enough lighting output difference to make upgrading everything worthwhile. The cutoff of the beam and the patterned glare guard in the housing are designed to focus the light, a brighter light will just create more beam closer to the car.
