I just searched and couldnt find any info about much psi a s15 turbo with the hks actuator upgrade would put out. Im considering it because i dont think a disco potato would be well suited for 4 years of daily driving at 1 bar when it could be boosted more.

Side note: Silk road > megan racing for manifold?

I dont understand your logic but yes silk road=better than megan/ss auto chrome/ebay junk.

so ur saying to dont want to run a superior turbo setup b/c it would cost too much money with gas, and you are in stop and go traffic?
ummm....i dunno, maybe i read it wrong.
cant you just have a couple preset settings to run a lower boost for daily driving? and up the psi when your in the mood for some chaos?

hmm... OK You all won me over on the Disco potato... but im still wondering what a s15 with the upgrade would produce. Because i have a friend who let me have his hks upgrade because he found out that his s15 he ordered already had the upgrade and he owed me for some r33 rims so he gave it to me and i dont even have the SR in my hatch yet!

i have a s15 t28 with a hks actuator and the actuator can act somewhat like a boost controller but only for so much. a crazy patatoe could probably reach more hp, but i perfer the s15 for my kind of driving and what not. ha!
