I did a search on this, but didn't really find anything. I was wondering, if i'm trying to get codes from my sr ecu, but the bulb won't flash. It just stays on. Even when I turn the screwdriver, to get into diagnostics, it won't flash at all.

start car, let it run, turn car off, turn ignition to spot before the car turns over, go to ecu, turn clockwise wait 10 seconds, turn counterclockwise, led should blink.
