Pics of the SR motor build
Ok, heres the deal. I bought the car April of last year.It was a "Complete" car with an SR swap simply bolted in. not running or wired, drive shaft wasnt even hooked up. I bought it for $4g's so i couldnt complain. When i got it to my house i took off the valve cover and i noticed a rocker arm lying in the head, so i was a little disapointed. At the time i didnt have a licence and didnt really know when i was getting them back, so i got bored and pulled the motor and decided to do a full rebuild. To my suprise i tore it apart and everything looked in tip top shape, and right about this time i got my licence back, i have no money to build a motor. Now about 9 months later its coming together.

I just messed around with it for about 30 minutes or so tonight. It worked good so far. I only actually "ported" the intake holes. Im a little scared to get in there and start cuttin on the inside. But the polishing will take time to get really perfect. But so far its totally noticable over stock

Im gonna be running stock turbo and fuel for now, i just need to get it running so I dont have to drive that POS Stanza. Im gonna go ahead and throw a Walbro in the first. But when income tax comes back, i may buy the other 2 Volks i need to make a full set
![]() Im gonna try to keep it at about 350-400hp. Kinda unsure on what componets i wanna go with. I dont want it to be laggy, whichever route i go its gonna be an Enthalpy colaboration ![]() |
