I have no idea, but I'll take a stab at it:

No, because the vehicle weights are different, as well as corner weights. There are probably fitment issues as well, as I doubt the S13 and S15 (10 years apart) have the same suspension set ups...

i don't think it'll work either, i know for a fact that the Nissan Laural...C-33, Cefiro...A31(what i have), Silvia S-13, and 180sx will all fit eachother.

I don't think s14 dampeners will work on an s13 so I can't see why s15 dampeners would.
