Whats the deal with theses ecus?

Are these any good. I need to get an ecu for a redtop and am having a little bit of difficulty finding a stock one at a good price. how would something like this be. is it worth it or should i just keep on searching?

I dunno know about that.... I say just get the ECU with the big fat "62" labeled in red. Therefore you know it will work. But who knows maybe that ECU works.

but JDM ???? I dunno haha

Rev increased to 8000 rpm??? Would you take that chance?

Its just a aftermarket ECU from Japan, tuned by Central20 (my friend has one in his S14).

They're usually off-the-shelf tunes, so they have conservative maps so your car doesnt blow up, but a little more aggressive than stock... boost up, no rev limiter, no fuel cut.

Might as well if you can't find a stock ECU. (You need #62 iirc)

Remove 180 km/h
unlock fuel cut or unlock boost
Rev increased over 8000 rpm
New fuel map and ignition time
