I need to replace a few bushings on the front end of my car, The owners manual says to jack the car up using the body right under the driver/pasenger door behind the front tire. This sucks! feels like its bending the body of the car. And id like to jack the whole front end up at once...

Question is: can I jack the front end up using the metal frame right in front of where the Steering rods come out? (t/c rods mabye?)
