haha and I hate mounting them... filling cheetahs to 150psi at a super slow rate and then failing to blast them on sucks.

Nice. I know stretched tires have their purpose, I just can't get past the look. Oh well. To each their own!!

What does the flame action do? heat them so they expand/flex onto the rim?

Its a trucker trick sortta... What you do is spray gas or anything else flammable inside of the tire then ignite it and poof, bead is set

As air temp increases it expands.

Stick carb cleaner or brake cleaner, or something flamable b/w the tire and the rim, then light it, and it will cause all the air inside to expand but its more pressure than an air hose/tire mounter can produce so it will seat the tire.

I ran into two problems while doing it though.
1) fire needs oxygen and there is a lack of air flow in the tire, so I kicked the tire after lighting it and then it popped the bead on.

2) second problem was my equips don't have one of the beads and the air pressure itself holds the tire on, so i had to feed it air right after it popped or else it wouldnt hold.

lets put it this way, The price was right. Its an extremely rare offset for these wheels in this size and they are worth more than I paid. You know what? I like them and for the money I am quite happy to rock them.
