ok well I did search, and I am about to purchase a tranny harness for the 95 but mine is a 91 and I know that the trans and engine are basically the same, and im sorry to ask such a juvinile question, but the MT/ 95 and 91 harness are identicle correct. just want to make sure because I am paying a lot for the harness. thanks for the help.

No, the plugs are different.

Are you doing a AT --> MT swap? If so, you DON'T need the harness...FYI.

wtf what plugs are different, damnit, no i alredady swapped at/mt, but id like to know how many miles im putting on the engine, and also at what rate of speed im going, if you know of any way to do it otherwise let me know, I know that I could just run some wire and connections, which actually now that I think about it, wouldnt be too hard would it, if i had a schematic or some thing,

VSS is different, and the S13 harness has an additional plug for the 4th gear switch.

so I wouldnt care about 4th gear swtich would I?, also about vss, I swapped an s14 ka in my buddies s13 and there were no probs.
Should I just stay away from this harness and look for an s13, or is there a way to adapt the vss stuff, OR, I think i need a vss becasue i have the sr one, can i get a s14 vss and then put it in my sr tranny then everything would work?
