R&D dyno is a very reputable shop that does engine testing among other forms of fabrication. Many race teams I know of in different series take their business there.

for power FC you should really head to xs engineering in huntington beach. of all vendors in the usa they have the most experience w/ power fc. OR alternatively you can get a power fc DATALOGIT box and a wideband o2 - then use your laptop to do some street tuning.

I've had R&D strap my car down twice.
Very professional folks, very trustworthy.
I know the FWD SR20 community puts alot of faith in them.
As far as their tuning abilities, I'm not sure - I will second Will's statement that XS Engineering can tune the hell out of a PFC.
