1bar sounds awfully high to be pushing out of the stock t25. Numbers sound perfectly good to me though.Time for cams/intake manifold

1bar is fine with the stock t25, ive been doing it for over a year with lots of racing and drifting, and up until my recent turbo upgrade, the turbo and engine was fine.

im assuming your numbers are whp>? if so, thats pretty damn good if you ask me. i think you are very near your max potential. i would leave it as is. if i was you, i wouldnt add cams or an intake manifold to get more HP, especially with your set-up now. at 15psi you are near max on turbo and injector duty may be high. the cost for the cams or manifold will not be the HP gained by it, if any. ive seen people put cams and IM to a stock turbo set-up and actually get slower and lose HP.

sorry for straying off-topic. good job on your numbers!!!!

Thats all you can get out of your t25 without running higher timing which would turn your motor into a time bomb.

Cams and intake manifold will make your car feel like poo, and will loose power.

Time for injectors, then turbo, then maf.
You could be close to 300 whp with s15 turbo, injectors, and a maf.

anything past that i would reccomend a bigger intercooler and head gasket at the least.

good job with the dyno. which ecu were you running?

isn't greddy intercoolers are known to handle up to 400? I won't go bigger for power 300-400hp cause I have seen the greddy FMIC and it's pretty big. Yea next would be injectors, bigger turbo and I would dyno tune after new injectors.

At 1 BAR, I would assume you'd be making around 240-250whp from what I've seen. At that point like blu808 said, you are running nearly max injector duty so maybe it's good you aren't making more power but I'm curious why you are a little low. Is your timing set correctly. Is that SAFC tuned to work with that MAFS. Did you get a wideband readout?
